About FastWinn Web Design FastWinn Web Design was started in 2008 by Maureen Kirk-Detberner. Maureen's web experience began in 1997 when she had a saddle business and needed a website.  With the success of her business website under her belt she then volunteered to help the UMC IT department with the UMC Intranet web pages.  In less than a year Maureen become the lead on a project to implement a new Internet and Intranet website for UMC.  Once the new sites were installed and live Maureen became the UMC Intranet webmaster. By 2008, Maureen had designed websites for Royaile Kennel, County Line Riders of Catalina, FastWinn Photography and was responsible for maintaining the Beta Mu website.  Since starting FastWinn Web Design and FastWinn Photography she has left her job as a Information Technology Project Manager to devote more time to her two businesses.  More recently FasWinn has designed a websites for the Arizona Colonial Spanish Horse Project, the Spanish Barb Horse Association, and has redesigned the Royaile Kennel and the County Line Riders of Catalina websites and is working on a redesign for the Beta Mu website.
